1. Collection and storage of personal data:

When you engage with us, the following information will be collected:

The processing of personal data takes place on the occasion of your inquiry with us and is necessary for the stated purposes for the processing of your order and for the fulfillment of obligations arising from the underlying contract. The personal data collected will be stored until the expiry of the statutory retention obligation for merchants (6, 8 or 10 years after the end of the calendar year in which the contractual relationship was terminated) and then deleted. This does not apply exceptionally if we are obliged to store data for a longer period of time due to tax or commercial law retention obligations (according to HBG, StGB or AO) or if you have consented to storage beyond this period.

2. Disclosure of data to third parties

The data associated with cookies is automatically deleted after 14 months. The deletion of data whose retention period has been reached occurs automatically once a month.
